- Light oil stains: Wipe gently with a neutral leather conditioner
- Deep dark stains may not be fully removable; treat spills immediately

About Natural Imperfections
Our leather is genuine natural hide with unique grain patterns. Growth marks, minor scars and subtle texture variations are normal characteristics of real full-grain leather — they are not defects.
We provide detailed photos before purchase for full and half hides. Minor flaws may be obscured by studio lighting; there is no intentional concealment. Thank you for your understanding.
About Color Variation
All screens display colors differently due to panel settings and viewing conditions. We highly recommend ordering physical swatches for precise color matching.
Returns for color difference cannot be accepted.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipping.
What if my package is undelivered?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unreachable recipient, we will assist with reshipment or a refund. If it shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, your mailbox or local courier station first.
Can I return custom-cut or skived leather?
Custom-cut and skived leather is non-returnable as it is prepared specifically for your order. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
