Delivery Methods & Timeframes
We currently offer two reliable shipping options for all international orders. All delivery times are estimated in business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends, public holidays, and customs clearance delays.
Standard Shipping
7–10 business days
Cost-effective and reliable for non-urgent orders. Full tracking available after dispatch.
Express Shipping
5–7 business days
Faster priority delivery with real-time tracking for time-sensitive orders.
Important Disclaimer: All shipping times are ESTIMATES ONLY and shall not be used as evidence in any future disputes, complaints or refund claims. Delays caused by logistics, customs, weather or other force majeure events are beyond our control.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Coverage
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
All import duties, taxes and customs fees for international orders are fully borne by the seller.
The buyer is NOT required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no hidden charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You may track your package through our Track Order page or the carrier’s official website.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipping.
Undelivered & Failed Deliveries
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unreachable recipient, we will assist with reshipment or refund.
- If your order shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, mailbox or local courier station before contacting support.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO) or restricted regions. If your address is affected, we will contact you for an alternative or full refund.
