Everyday Care
- Wipe gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth after use
- Keep hardware dry and avoid prolonged contact with moisture
- Store finished projects in a dust bag away from direct sunlight
Protect the Finish
- Do not use bleach, alcohol, abrasive polish or strong chemicals
- Avoid sharp tools and excessive friction against plated surfaces
- Test any cleaner on an unseen area before applying it to the hardware
INSTALLATION & USE
Before installation, confirm the hardware size, leather thickness and hole spacing for your project. We recommend testing the fitting on a scrap piece of leather first.
- Use the correct punch, screwdriver, setter or rivet tool for the component
- Do not overtighten screws or force a fitting into an undersized hole
- Protect visible surfaces with a soft cloth while installing
- For high-stress areas, reinforce the leather before attaching the hardware
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Order Preparation
In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Leather that requires skiving or cutting, and hardware that requires production in a special size, may take longer to prepare. We will contact you if additional preparation time is required. Preparation time is separate from transit time.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit time is 7–14 calendar days after dispatch. Tracking is provided after dispatch; please allow time for the carrier's first scan. Available shipping methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Import Duties & Taxes Included
OneHide covers all import duties, taxes and customs-clearance fees for international orders. You will not be asked to pay these import charges on delivery. If a carrier requests payment, please contact onehideofficial@gmail.com before paying.
Delivery Estimates & Delays
Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Leather skiving, custom cutting, made-to-order hardware sizes, production scheduling, customs clearance and carrier conditions may require additional time. A reasonable delay alone does not qualify an order for a return or refund under our store policy. Please contact us at onehideofficial@gmail.com about a delayed shipment so we can investigate before you request a payment dispute. This policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights or your rights under the applicable payment-provider rules, including remedies for non-delivery.
